Norfolk Virginia
America's largest ever warship - USS Wisconsin - probably the most powerful battleship ever commissioned - sits in mothballs as a museum in Norfolk Virginia
Its big, its grey....
And its rather close to downtown...
I imagine there is an elevator.... you can't go inside as it is technically still mothballed and available to be used if needed.
These are the sort of big guns that if you fire them it makes all the china rattle in Clacton...
View from the front
This shot is taken from the USS Kentucky. The Wisconsin had an accident (don't ask...) and lost its bow section, so the front of the Kentucky (which was one of the other Iowa Class ships, but was never completed due to the end of WW2) was cut off and grafted onto the Wisconsin
Boom!!
Or for the real thing, click this!
Only 3 at the back though. So much safer to attack from here.
